Where Texas BBQ Meets Mexican Soul

Livi's Mexicue was born in 2021 from the heart of Laredo, Texas — the passion project of David Ovalle (D-Rock), a DJ and lifelong food lover who wanted to blend the two things he loved most: Texas BBQ and authentic Mexican home cooking. Named after his daughter Livi, this is a restaurant built on family, flavor, and community. As David puts it: "All the plates are the ones we had growing up at our grandparents' house. We combined them — we didn't want to just do one style."
